Description:
Briefing followed by one hour’s initiation in navigation in the company of a skipper. Team members are then left to their own devices to compete in a regatta. The skipper will then observe and ensure the safety of the team activities from a background vantage point.
Goal:
To develop cohesion and strong interdependent relations between team members through rich experience and excitement. To orientate individual actions in such a way as to enhance the performance of the team as a whole.
