Opening hours
The institute
The institute is open Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm from Friday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm and Sunday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Access to space Welfare is free and for the exclusive use of our residents : hotel and residence.
However non resident customers can use our cabins for beauty cares & treatments.
Treatments ( for non residents and residents ) are available by appointment.
It is preferable to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment time.
Relaxation pool timetable
The relaxation pool is open everyday to hotel and residence residents from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm, except during the hours of aquagym and every Wednesday from 10:00 am till 11:00 am.(For reasons of maintenance, the management reserves the right to close the pool).There are male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers for personal effects and bath towels and robes are available – these must be returned on leaving the Spa.
Health and Safety Rules
Flip flop sandals must be worn (You can bring your own or buy them at the Spa).
Obligatory shower before and after treatment to preserve the serenity of the Spa and the wellbeing of our customers.
Mobile phones are not permitted in the Spa.
Bermuda shorts and swimming shorts are not permitted.
Access to the Spa is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older.
Reservations, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
You can reserve or cancel by telephone or e-mail. Cancellations not made with at least 48 hours notice will be invoiced and late arrival will mean the treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
* Those under 16 can access each day between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm and between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm, except during the hours of aquagym ** . All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Unauthorized access to the Jacuzzi, hammam and fitness room.
